You Voted Early in Iowa. Now What?

You voted in Iowa!

Allll the high fives for completing your civic duty.

But… now what?

Sure, your ballot may be in, but there’s still lots of work that needs to be done now until November 8. Early voting is happening in Iowa now, and we need your help getting even more millennials to the polls.
With all that’s at stake this election, we need everyone to get involved. Here are some ways you can help get out the vote:

 1. Volunteer with us

Help us call, text, and talk to millennials about when and how they can vote early. As someone who knows how easy early voting is, your role is HUGE here. Signing up for even one shift can make a difference this election.

 2. Talk to your friends about early voting

Tell them how easy it is. Why this election matters. How important their vote in a swing state like Iowa is. Then, make a plan with them to make sure they turn out to the polls.

 3. Find out when there’s a satellite polling location at your school.

Chances are, there will be a day of early voting happening at a college campus near you. Check our polling place lookup tool to find specific dates. Then, sign up to volunteer with us! You’ll help us get students directly to the polls to vote.

4. Get the word out on social media.

Instagram your “I Voted” sticker, take a selfie outside of the County Auditor’s office, or share your early voting story on Facebook. And if you haven’t already done so, give us a like on Facebook and follow on Twitter.
