Young Voters Turn Out on Super Tuesday Across the Country

Following Super Tuesday, NextGen America President Cristina Tzintzún Ramirez released the following statement:

“Super Tuesday marks a significant step in our path toward the general election, and we are proud of our ongoing work to mobilize young voters throughout this year. Whether it’s ensuring abortion access, striving for economic justice, combating gun violence, or tackling climate change, NextGen is committed to electing leaders that will fight for our core issues.

“Let’s be clear: the stage is set for a Biden versus Trump showdown in November and it’s critical that we rally all forces to thwart the looming threat of a second Trump presidency. We believe in the power of our collective voice and forging a democracy that truly represents our values as the most diverse and largest generation in American history. That is why the youth vote is poised to make history once more in 2024 – echoing the records we shattered in 2020 – as we continue organizing and turning out like never before.”
